What We Offer

At Grace Haven Support, we provide high-quality, person-centred supports designed to assist NDIS participants in achieving greater independence, safety, and wellbeing in their everyday lives.

Our services are delivered with care, reliability, and a strong focus on individual choice and goals. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to ensure supports are flexible, responsive, and aligned with NDIS guidelines.

Our cleaning and steam cleaning services are delivered in partnership with an NDIS-registered cleaning provider, ensuring participants receive professional, compliant, and high-quality support within their home environment.

If you have specific support needs not listed below, we are happy to discuss tailored options.

  • We support participants with everyday activities to promote independence, routine, and wellbeing. Supports may include:

    • Assistance with daily routines

    • Support with personal and domestic tasks

    • Meal preparation assistance

    • Prompting, supervision, and encouragement

    • Individualised support aligned with participant goals

      All supports are delivered with dignity, respect, and participant choice at the centre.

  • We assist participants to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

    Cleaning services are delivered in partnership with an NDIS-registered cleaning provider.

    Services may include:

    • General household cleaning

    • Kitchen and bathroom cleaning

    • Vacuuming and mopping

    • Laundry assistance

    • Tidying and basic home organisation

  • Professional steam cleaning services are available to support a hygienic and healthy home environment.

    Steam cleaning services are delivered through an NDIS-registered provider.

    Services may include:

    • Carpet steam cleaning

    • Rug and upholstery steam cleaning

    • Targeted cleaning to support health and hygiene needs

  • We understand that every participant’s needs are different. Supports can be tailored and adjusted as goals, circumstances, or NDIS plans change, ensuring services remain appropriate and responsive over time.

We regularly check in to ensure supports are working well and continue to meet your goals. Adjustments are made as needed to maintain quality, consistency, and positive outcomes you can trust.
